1.1: Rally mode added

Added a Rally game mode: cooperate with a friend or with yourself to play for the longest possible rally. Same game, different scoring, much more compelling solitaire experience.

Also some adjustments to the UI, menus, and instruction card to make room for the Rally mode. If you're one of those d-pad freaks, that option is moved to the settings menu (which makes more sense than the game start anyway). Credits are gone, but credits were trivial. I hereby credit Ralph Baer and Atari in perpetuity for creating the game on which this was very closely based.
